Arrest of 3 for unauthorized Construction in Sigiriya

Within the Sigiriya sanctuary 3 persons were engaged in constructing a structure.

They were constructing the unauthorized structure about 100 meters away from the wildlife office, which is located near the Sigiriya main road.On receiving information,the wildlife officers have arrested 3 persons.The suspects are to be produced to the Dambulla Magistrate Courts today.

in the mean time the arrested group has stated that they have taken permission for the construction.
