SLFP MP’s Vanishing Trick to Avoid Hyde Park Meeting Today

The SLFP Central Committee has  already taken a decision prohibiting SLFP MPs attending  today’s meeting at Hyde Park. Mahinda Rajapakshe  and Mahindananda Aluthgamage declared that they will attend the meeting at any cost. There are few other SLFP MPs expressed the same views. When journalist questioned Mahinda Amaraweera, UPFA Secretary, whether disciplinary action will be taken against those, who attend today’s Hyde Park meeting, he said that it depends on speeches they will make in the meeting.

Some of the SLFP MPs who are between the devil and the deep sea, opted to undertake private foreign trips to avoid attending the Hyde Park meeting today, report received revealed.
