Some Former IGPs Damaged Identity of the Police Service During Their Tenures.

Inspector General of Police, Pujith Jayasundara speaking  a ceremony in Balangoda yesterday,  has alleged that certain former IGPs had damaged the identity of the Police Service during their tenures.

He said the most IGPs had dedicated to uplift the standard of the Police. Further, he said that there are instances when the law has to be enforced strictly.
