People Likes Me not Other Rajapakshas – Mahinda

Joint Opposition  members met  Gota recently . After their meeting with Gota , Kumara Welgama has made a proposed on behalf of the Joint Opposition  to name Gotabahya or Basil as heir  for Mahinda  in politics. Mahinda has out rightly rejected this  proposal. Then Vidura  Wickramanayake  too made the same proposal  to Mahinda .

Mahinda was furious and said, that the people wish and wanted me not Chamal or any other Rajapakshas. Don’t  bring this  type of proposal here after , he told them. Wickramanayake said Mahinda’s attempt to inaguarate a new party approach will ensure victory for UNP in 2020.  A Colombo  based  ‘Shathhanda’   news paper revealed this to the public.
