Supreme  Court  Prevented Dumping of Garbage in Muturajawela

Followed by a petition filed by 35 parties including the Muturajawela sanctuary conservation organization,  the Supreme Court  ordered  to stop dumping of garbage in Muturajawela Sanctuary temporarily , which has  now been extended till the 3rd of August 2017.

The order was issued by a three bench panel of the Supreme Court including Chief Justice Priyasad Dep.
