Weather Forecast For 3rd August 2017

There is a possibility for increasing of wind speed over the southern half of the island, particularly over the central hills, and Western, Southern sea areas.

Showers or thundershowers will occur at times in the Sabaragamuwa and Central provinces and in the Galle, Matara,and Kaluthara districts.

Several spells of showers will occur in the North-western province and in the Colombo, Gampaha and Hambantota districts.

Fairly heavy falls (about 50mm) can be expected at some places in the Ratnapura, Kegalle, Kandy, Galle, Matara and Kaluthara districts.
