Water Levels in Reservoirs Increases

Due to rain in catchment areas water levels  in reservoirs  have increased, CEB officers revealed.

Water levels in Castletree, Mousagala, Kothmale, Norton Bridge,Kenyone, Luxshapana, Kukulekanda Upper Kotmale  and Ukkuwella have increased by  26% due to recent rain falls. Further, as the water levels in this reservoirs are increasing, CEB officers have advised those,  who are residing along the water way are advised to be cautious.
