Three Wheel Thief Caught Red Handed While Stealing

In Koreawatta area in Chilaw a person has stolen a three wheeler in the dead of the night and drove away. On the way three wheeler stopped due to some technical problem. While he was pulling the three wheeler behind, policemen on patrol duty in the night has noticed this and questioned the thief. Police wanted to check his credentials and ask for licence and insurance. The thief could not manage to produce it. When the police took him to the police station along with the three wheel they found a complained has already been made by owner of the three wheeler that his three wheeler was stolen. Three wheel thief is arrested and facing the case.
