HC Freed Palitha Range Bandara

State Minister Palitha Range Bandara and another individual were accused of illegally assembling a vehicle using  forged documents. Aggrieved first witness of the case  informed Court that all documentation had been received and he wished to withdraw the case.

The lawyers representing the defendant accordingly requested Court to acquit the defendants in the case.

The Colombo High Court Judge Gihan Kulathunga  today acquitted State Minister Palitha Range Bandara and another on charges of using a vehicle with forged documents.
