Increasing Facebook Frauds in Srilanka

Sri Lanka Computer Emergency Readiness Team has reported that up to the end of August 2017, Frauds caused based on social networks have been in the increasing trend and 2200 complaints receives as at the date.

Most of the complaints are in respect of Facebook frauds, said, Sri Lanka Computer Emergency Readiness Team Engineer Roshan Chandra Gupta.
