Telephone Recordings  Revealed Sensitive Information Given to PTL Arjun Aloysious

The Central Bank Presidential Commission of  Inquiry to Investigate and Inquire into the Issuance of  Treasury Bonds  officials have  closely examined the telephone conversation recordings obtained from Perpetual Treasuries Limited and found that Arjun Aloysius had received sensitive internal  information from the Central Bank of Sri Lanka and other state institutions regarding  Central Bank bond auctions well in advance.
