Arjun Aloysius Not Attending  Presidential Commission Today?

The owner of Perpetual Treasuries Limited Arjun Aloysius appeared before officers of the Criminal Investigations Department conducting investigations for the Commission on several occasions over the past few days. CID officers visited his home yesterday  and noticed him  to  appear before the Presidential Commission of Inquiry to Investigate and Inquire into the Issuance of Treasury Bonds  to give evidence  today.

Arjun Aloysius was informed by the Commission that he would face repercussions,  if he fails to appear before the Commission today.

However, Attorneys representing Aloysius informed the officers that he could not be present before the Presidential Commission of Inquiry to Investigate and Inquire into the Issuance of Treasury Bonds.
