SAITM  Report Handed Over to President

Presidential Committee on SAITM led by Deputy Minister Dr. Harsha De Silva has submitted its’ report to President Maithripala Sirisena on Monday(11)

After submitting the report Harsha De Silva said yesterday(12) that the allegation made by the GMOA that the Committee had failed to submit the report on Monday proved false.

There is no truth in the GMOA’s claim. We, the entire committee, met the President and submitted the report on Monday. We also had lengthy discussions with the President’s Secretary on the matter,” he said.

The deputy minister said the President would study the report before making his stance
