GMOA’s Token Strike to Continue

The GMOA is protesting the failure of the committee appointed to provide solutions to the issues surrounding the South Asian Institute of Technology and Medicine(SAITM).

Hence, GMOA organized a one day token strike district wise. In this series a one day token strike was conducted in the districts of Trincomalee, Polonnaruwa, Batticaloa, Nuwara-Eliya, Hambantota, Jaffna, Kilinochchi, Mannar and Mullaithivu yesterday.

A one day token strike will be conducted in the districts of Vavuniya, Matale, Ampara, Badulla, Monaragala and Matara today.

Tomorrow  a one day token strike will be launched  in the Anuradhapura, Kurunegala, Kandy, Ratnapura and Galle districts,  while on Friday the strike will be launched in the districts of Puttalam, Gampaha, Kegalle, Colombo and Kalutara.
