Vidya’s  Murder Case Verdict on Sep. 27

Vidya Sivaloganathan of Pungudutivu, an 18-year-old student, was abducted, raped and murdered while returning home from Pungudathivu Vidyalaya on May 13, 2015.

Chief Justice Priyasath Dep appointed a three member bench to hear the schoolgirl Sivaloganathan Vidya murder case on May 22.

This  case was heard during  last three months by a Trial – at –Bar  Court. The Jaffna High Court yesterday announced that the verdict will be delivered on 27th September.
