Collection of  Taxes Under New Inland Revenue Act From 01 April 2018

Earlier, treasury proposed to  activate the collection of taxes such as tax on remittances of foreign companies, Capital Tax, Withholding Tax and PAYE Tax from 1st of October.

After considering the requests made by stakeholders,  the Finance Ministry decided to collect all the taxes mentioned in the recently passed Inland Revenue Act as from 1st of April, 2018.
