Sri Lanka Commended by US

The President is currently on an official visit to America, to attend the United Nations General Assembly. The Under Secretary of State for Political Affairs of the US State Department, Thomas Shannon met the President Maithripala Sirisena in New York yesterday (21). During  the meeting he commended the efforts  taken by Sri Lanka Government  towards rebuilding the country .
