20 Amendment to the Constitution Will be Debated  in October

The Minister of Provincial Councils and Local Governments Faizer Mustapha speaking at a media briefing yesterday said all technical amendments had to be approved as the composition was revised to a 60 %( electorate) – 40 %( preferential) basis.

He said the 20th Amendment to the Constitution will be taken up for debate in the first week of October after completing all technical amendments to the statutes.
