Avant Garde Nissanka Granted  Permission  to Go Abroad

When the Avant Garde  case was taken before the Colombo High Court today(20), the Chairman of Avant-Garde Maritime Services, Nissanka Senadhipathi was granted permission  to travel overseas.

Colombo High Court Judge R. Gurusinghe ordered to inform the Immigration and Emigration Controller,  that Senadhipathi had been granted permission to travel abroad until 1st of March, 2018. In addition  order was given to release Nissanka Senadhipathi’s Passport in exchange for one million rupees cash bail and another one million rupees surety bail.
