SLMC to Meet on November 17 to Decide …….

A committee was appointed to fix the minimum standard of medical education within Sri Lanka. A meeting of the Sri Lanka Medical Council and the committee is scheduled to meet on November 17. Minister of Health has been informed of this special meeting of the SLMC.

SLMC Registrar Dr. Terrence Gamini de Silva stated that the SLMC will discuss the report documented regarding the SAITM campus and the minimum standard of medical education at this meeting.
