Weather Forecast for 11th January 2018

Showers will occur at times in Eastern and Uva provinces and in Polonnaruwa and Hambantota districts.

Several spells of showers will occur in NorthernProvinceand in Anuradhapura district.

Showers or thundershowers may occur at few placesin most provinceselsewhere after 02.00 p.m.

Misty conditions can be expected at some places in the Western, Sabaragamuwa and Central provinces during the morning.

There may be temporary localized strong winds during thundershowers. General public is kindly requested to take adequate precautions to minimize damages caused by lightning activity.
