Weather Forecast For 12th January 2018

A Slight increase of prevailing showery condition over the island is expected today and tomorrow.

Showers will occur at times in Northern, North-Central, Eastern and Uva provinces.

Showers or thundershowers will occur at several placeselsewhere after 02.00 p.m.

Misty conditions can be expected at some places in the Western, Sabaragamuwa and Central provinces during the morning.

There may be temporary localized strong winds during thundershowers. General public is kindly requested to take adequate precautions to minimize damages caused by lightning activity.
