Is Gota Absconding ?

A question raised in political circle is whether former secretary to the defence, Gotabaya Rajapakshe is  absconding ? As  Gotabaya  is not appearing on election propaganda stages  this question is asked from Mahinda Rajapakshe   during an interview.mahinda said that he is in America.
