Weather Forecast For 8th February 2018

Showers or thundershowers will occur at several places in most provinces except in the Northern Province after 2.00pm.

Fairly heavy falls (about 75mm) can be expected at some places in Sabaragamuwa province and in Galle and Matharadistricts.

Misty conditions can be expected at some places in the Western, Sabaragamuwa, Southern and Central provinces during the morning.

There may be temporary localized strong winds during thundershowers. General public is kindly requested to take adequate precautions to minimize damages caused by lightning activity.
