Hindi & Tamil Disappeared in Chennai Flight Information Board

It has been the practice in Chennai Airport to indicate flight information in English, Hindi and Tamil on the flight information board displayed. All of a sudden Hindi and Tamil languages were not appearing on the flight information board inconveniencing Indians, who knew only Hindi or Tamil language.

Chennai airport director has justified the removal of Tamil and Hindi said, there is heavy air traffic in the morning and delay is experienced in posting in all three languages. Hence, it was decided to display flight details only in English in the morning and as usual flight information will be displayed in all three languages during other times.
