Court Summon Couldn’t be Served to Lanka e-News Editor Sandaruwan Senadeera – Court Informed

Former Deputy Mayor of Sri Jayawardenapura Kotte Municipal Council, Attorney-at-Law Madura Vithanage filed a petition against  Lanka e-news website editor Sandaruwan Senadeera, alleging  he had published a photo of the suspect in connection with the assault on former editor of the Rivira newspaper.

He was charged for bringing disrepute to courts and most of the judges. When the case was called petitioner  informed the court issued summon could not be served to him to date.
