Leadership Training for Principals  Suspended

Issuing a media release today, the Education Ministry said that the leadership training program  conducted for principals has been suspended  till the completion of inquires into the death of a principalnamed Rohini Kumari attached to Suchi National School in Hambantota. Death occurred during the leadership training program conducted in  Kurunegala.

It is relevant to mention that she had previously taken part in two leadership training programs held in Rantambe and Kuda Oya and had  also served as a cadet officer.
