Case Against Tran Alles Fixed For Trial on 23rd.
A case was filed against four persons including former MP Tiran Alles and former North and Eastern Provinces LTTE Financial Head Emil Kanthan in connection to a Rs.200 million fraud which took place at the RADA in 2006.
When the case was taken up today for inquiry the Colombo High Court Judge Vikum Kaluarachchi rejected the objections raised by the defence and ordered to take the case for trial on 23rd February 2018.
