Mahinda Says President , PM & National Govt. MPs Work According to Their Agenda

Former President Mahinda Rajapaksa  says the time period of the national government has expired.

While speaking to reporters at Battaramulla yesterday (21), former President Mahinda Rajapaksa said, that the President, Prime Minister and the MPs of the national government are all working unto their whims and fancies.

“There is no clear ruling party in the country at present and it has led the country to an unstable state. Therefore, Speaker Karu Jayasuriya should take a clear decision whether the national government was still in existence and give a ruling on the validity of the Cabinet as soon as possible, the former President added.

In the meantime yesterday (21), UPFA general Secretary and Prime Minister separately made statements and declared that the national government is still in force and continues.
