Ranil’s Secret Meeting with His Confident Ministers?

Prime Minister Ranil   Wickramasinghe reported to have had a secret meeting at Temple Trees with his confident Ministers Mangala Samaraweera, Akila Viraj Kariyawasam, Kabir Hasheem and Samaranayake. They discussed about possible no confidence motion against Ranil Wickramasinghe.

In case a no confidence motion is submitted, how to tackle SLFP MPs and UNP MPs was discussed. Kabir Hasheem was entrusted with the task of tackling UNP MPs. All said in unison only President Maithreepala Sirisena can tackle SLFP MPs.

Ranil said, as Rauf Hakeem and Rishad Bathiudeen are with their side no problem. They will always be with the government. Finally they designed a strategy to come over the no confidence motion.
