Mahendran Cannot be Brought Back to Srilanka  From Singapore

Despite the Court has issued warrant against the Former Governor of the Central Bank in connection with the bond scam case, he cannot be brought back to Srilanka as per existing laws of  Singapore, said Senior Lecturer of University of Colombo Dr. P. Mahanamahewa.
