Court Summon  Re-Issued on Former Secretary to the President

Former Secretary to the President P.B. Abeykoon was listed as a witness in the five corruption cases filed against former Minister Johnston Fernando.

Although the Colombo Magistrate Court issued summon on a previous occasion officials of the bribery and corruption Commission have failed to deliver the  summon as he was abroad.

Hence, the Colombo Magistrate Court today (06) re- issued summons on  P.B.Abeykoon.
