TULF Captures Vavuniya Town Council……

In an unexpected development , TNA councilor  proposed for the Chairman post,  Senathirajah  obtained only 09 votes but  the Tamil United Liberation Front (TULF) councilor  Gouthaman took 11 votes.  UNP and SLFP councilors voted in favour of Gowthaman. Hence he is selected as the Chairman. Vice Chairman post went to the SLFP Councilor Kumarasamy, who obtained 11 votes.

TNA lost its’ grip over Vavuniya Town Council.
