Rolling Of State Media Heads Soon?  

Informed government sources said that all media heads of the government have been instructed to resign from their current positions before May 14.

All institutions coming under the Ministry of Media would undergo drastic changes in the near future. It is learnt that Rupavahini Chairman and ITN Chairman are likely to be replaced before the end of this month.

ITN Chairman is likely to be reverted back to his previous role as the Propaganda Chief of Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe.

Meanwhile , two media heads of the government have requested to stay on in their current positions, reports revealed.
