Amendment to the Immigration & Emigration Act

Recommended by a special expert committee appointed to study the required changes, the Cabinet has decided to amend the current Immigration and Emigration Act in order to meet the present requirements.

Based on the report the Department of Immigration and Emigration has prepared a report, mentioning the regulations that should be included in the new Act.
