Udayanga’s Petition Dismissed

Former Ambassador to Russia Udayanga Weeratunga has filed a fundamental petition seeking to cancel the open warrant issued by the Fort Magistrate, to release his bank accounts frozen and claiming damages of 10 million from the Chief inspector of FCID.

The Supreme Court  bench has dismissed the petition today (11).
