NPC Meets Today To Appoint A Director To Police Fcid .

Meanwhile Followed by the retirement of  Senior DIG Ravi Waaidyalankara from the post  of Director Financial Crimes Investigation Division n( FCID) recently, Senior DIG DWRB Seneviratne has been appointed as the acting Director of the Police FCID.

The National Police Commission (NPC) is scheduled  to meet today to consider appointment of a director to the Financial Crimes Investigation Division (FCID).

 A senior spokesman of the NPC  said the recommendations of the Inspector General of Police for the post will be directed to the Commission today.

The members of the Commission will consider  the recommendations and arrive at a suitable decision.
