Puttalam – Mannar Main Road Blocked  Due to Adverse Weather

Puttalam District Disaster Management Division reported that the Puttalam – Mannar main road has been blocked due to increase in the water level of Kala Oya as a result of heavy rain fall  in the country.

2½ feet water level is passing over the Eluvankulam Chappathu Bridge, road transport is badly affected.

So, the Puttalam District Disaster Management Division has requested motorists to use alternative routes.
