Drug smuggler Sunil Shantha handed over to CID

(FASTNEWS|COLOMBO) – Drug smuggler Sunil Shantha who escaped from Welikada prison and arrested by Organised Crimes Division today (12) to be handed over to the Criminal Investigation Department (CID), Police Spokesman stated.
