A two day dengue eradication program from today

(FASTNEWS|COLOMBO) – The Health Ministry has said that a special dengue control program will be held today (10) and tomorrow to cover many parts of the country.

The National Dengue Prevention Unit has planned to implement dengue control programs in 40 MOH divisions.

The unit announced that a team of armed forces, police and 590 members of the community health service would be deployed for this purpose.

The dengue eradication program is being carried out in the Western Province, Jaffna and Kilinochchi districts with the risk of the spread of dengue.
