Colombo – Katunayake luxury private buses on strike

(FASTNEWS|COLOMBO) – Luxury private buses operating along the Colombo – Katunayake Expressway have commenced a strike this morning (18), leaving commuters inconvenienced.

The strike had been organised in protest of the arrest of a private bus worker, who was taken into the Police custody on suspicion of assaulting a Sri Lanka Transport Board (SLTB) bus driver.
