Court suspends RI imposed on Gnasara Thero for 5-years

(FASTNEWS|COLOMBO) – Homagama High Court on Friday (08) suspended the six-months’ Rigorous Imprisonment (RI) imposed on Venerable Galagoda Aththe Gnanasara Thero for threatening Sandya Eknaligoda, for five-years.

Gnanasara Thero had verbally abused and threatened Sandya Eknaligoda, the wife of missing Journalist Prageeth Eknaligoda at the Homagama Court on 25 January, 2016.
