Warm weather may continue as sun directly over several areas

(FASTNEWS|COLOMBO) – The sun is expected to be directly over Sri Lanka due to the apparent North-ward relative motion of the sun, the Department of Meteorology stated.

Accordingly, the nearest areas of Sri Lanka over which the sun is overhead on Thursday (11) are Wanathawillu, Oththappuwa, Siyambalagaswewa, Kattamurichchana, Rambewa, and Meegaswewa about 12.10 noon.
