Liqour outlets in several areas closed tomorrow

(FASTNEWS |  NUWARA ELIYA) – All liqour outlets in the Nuwara Eliya district will be closed tomorrow in view of the Diwali festival.

Commissioner of Excise Kapila Kumarasinghe said liqour stores in the Badulla district other than those within the Mahiyanganaya and Rideemaliyadda Divisional Secretariat areas will also remained closed tomorrow.

The Commissioner said the decision was taken based on requests made from respective Divisional Secretaries.
