Ganja and Animal trafficking on Poson

A man driving a three wheeler carrying 50,000 LKR worth of Kerala Ganja was apprehended by police in Panadura yesterday (03).

The suspect was said to be previously employed in Korea and recently returned to the country.

Another person said to have sold and displayed parakeets in a very harmful and inhumane manner was also arrested in Hettimulla,Beruwela yesterday (03).

The suspect is a resident of St. Anne’s Place,  Beruwela.
