Wimal and Somawansa Willing to Settle the Case

Former JVP leader Somawansa Amarasinghe had filed a case at the Colombo Commercial High Court claiming  that Wimal Weerawansa had published the book “Truth instead of untruth” authored by MP Wimal Weerawansa without approval from the JVP.

Amarasinghe had petitioned that the printing and distribution of the book be stopped.

When the case was taken up for hearing at the Colombo Commercial High Court, both parties agreed for a settlement.
