Heroin smuggler nabbed with 390g in his stomach

Sri Lanka Customs apprehended a Pakistani National attempting to smuggle Heroin in to the Country. The suspect was apprehended yesterday (21) at around 1.30pm.

The suspect had swallowed 34 capsules containing 390g of Heroin with an estimated value of 3 Million rupees.

The Capsules were retrieved from the suspects stomach at the Negombo hospital where he is still under observation.
