Dayasiri on Fraud & Corruption

Sports Minister,  Dayasiri warned yesterday, that it no action was taken against those Ministers and MPs accused of corruption and Fraud , the people would lose faith in the Government. It was not good  to wait and watch fraud and corruption taking place and, if immediate action not taken to apprehend the culprits the peoples confidence  in the good governance  would erode .

He further said that some Ministers and Dupty Ministers of this Government   continue to appoint their wives and children as secretaries and enjoy perks like foreign tours. He had not appointed any of his relation in his Ministry, he concluded.
