MS agrees to give nominations to MR?

 

The SIX- member committee appointed to coordinate between President Maithripala Sirisena and Ex-President Mahinda Rajapaksa is scheduled to hand over its report to President Maithripala Sirisena today.

This was stated by the committee president and former Parliamentarian W.D.J. Senevirathne.

In addition, a member of the same committee and former Parliamentarian T.B. Ekanayaka told to a TV newspaper program this morning that the President has consented to give nominations to former president under the United People’s Freedom Alliance (UPFA) ticket.
