Weaving, Revolori join “Scream 6”
(FASTNEWS | AUSTRALIA) – Samara Weaving (“Ready or Not”) and Tony Revolori (“Spider-Man: No Way Home”) are joining the cast of the new “Scream” sequel at Spyglass Media and Paramount Pictures.
Melissa Barrera, Jasmin Savoy Brown, Mason Gooding and Jenna Ortega are among those returning from the fifth outing. Also back is Hayden Panettiere from the fourth, while new cast members include Dermot Mulroney.
The story continues with the four survivors of the Ghostface killings as they leave Woodsboro behind and start a fresh chapter. James Vanderbilt and Guy Busick return as writers, while Matt Bettinelli-Olpin and Tyler Gillett are back as directors.
Filming begins this summer and follows the fifth installment which was released in January and grossed more than $140 million worldwide.
